HardTracks is in Beta. We are taking on a small number of races this year to test it and make sure it runs well for every runner.

FOR RACE DIRECTORS

Ways we track

Every race is different. HardTracks fits the way your race runs.

TRAIL AND ULTRA

From a trail 10K to a hundred miler.

Chip timing, aid station taps on any phone, and athletes’ own check ins from their phones, all on one live map.

Tell us about your race
  • Aid station check ins

Every aid station checks athletes in on any phone. Nothing to rent and nothing to set up on course.

  • Hybrid

Chip timing where you have mats, aid station check ins everywhere else, all in one live picture.

  • Chip timing (RFID)

Your timing system’s reads flow straight onto the live page.

  • Athlete phones

Each athlete gets their own link, with no app. If they choose, they can tap Check in to send their spot and a note, and I have an issue sends Race Control their location. The race can also turn on phone tracking, so the phone sends its spot along the way. Between check ins the live page shows an estimate and labels it. A check in made with no signal is saved on the phone and sends by itself when a bar comes back.

  • Runner check ins

Runners who want to can tap Check in on their own link anywhere on the course. One location per tap, never a running trail, placed on their course.

  • Texts in the field

Send safety alerts and race updates by text to athletes, crews and volunteers on the course. A text often gets through where data won’t. We set it up with you.

Safer too. Every way we track also keeps your race safer: you always know where each athlete was last seen. See the safety tools.

Not sure which fits your race? Tell us about it and we will help you choose.
